Itu took a bachelor’s in architecture in 1984, but retired it to pursue his interest in letterform and graphic design. In 1996 he founded ICD, helping businesses through design and strategy. Outside the studio, Itu writes and speaks on design and its interface with society, business, civilisation and life.
