Nitin brings with him a rich experience in product design and digital customer experience, which he has acquired over the last 19 years across leading internet and digital platform companies in India.
He is currently leading the Digital Transformation for IndiGo and has previously built and scaled Quikr.com, Yatra.com, Naukri.com, Indiatimes, Rediff, and Bharti Airtel. He specializes in leading multi-functional teams and establishing the best user experience practices and processes across organizations. He is an expert in crafting loveable Omnichannel experience for consumers through simple and usable products basis insights on their personas and buying behaviours.
Nitin mentors many start-ups and has invested in a few of them, as well. He also likes to speak on Design Thinking and Digital Transformation on many public forums and has authored several articles on the topic.
Nitin has won the ‘Design-led Entrepreneurship Award’ at TiE 2017, and was also awarded the ‘Karnataka Brand Leadership Award 2017.’ He got recognized as one of the top digital influencers and made it to the ‘Adobe Content 100 list’ for 2017 along with the ‘Adobe Digi100 list’ for 2018 & 2019.
He has been chosen as one of the Smartest Digital Marketing Leaders by World Digital Marketing Congress, and recently made it to DMAasia Top Digital Influencers list for 2019. Recently Nitin has been awarded as “Experience Maker Executive of the Year” by Adobe in the yearly global award ceremony.
